At Little Spumkins, every item is thoughtfully handmade with love and care. I hope you adore your purchase!

Change of Mind

As each garment is handmade to order or produced in small quantities, I do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If you need a different size and the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached, I’m happy to discuss an exchange (subject to availability). The customer is responsible for return postage and the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

I take great pride in the quality of garments. If you receive an item that is faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.

If the item is found to have a manufacturing fault, I will happily repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please Note

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if the item has been:

• Worn (other than trying it on)

• Washed

• Altered

• Damaged after delivery

As colours may appear slightly different on different screens, minor colour variations between your device and the actual garment are not considered a fault.
